答：vultr没有包年包月的收费方式，不能预付费购买服务器，所以这个想法不可行。

答：个人认为vultr主要优势有：1. 价格低，服务器质量好；2. 计费方式灵活，随用随停； 3. 随时免费更换ip。因为你懂的原因，境外vps被封ip是常有的事，如果是无法更换、更换麻烦、换ip收费的商家，ip被墙那就歇菜了，但在vultr这都不是事，销毁换一台就可以了！
问题：vultr会自动扣费吗？还是要手动续费？
答：vultr使用灵活的计费方式，所以只要账户里有足够的钱就能一直用，没有钱服务器就会被停掉。建议往账户里充足够的钱，不影响正常使用。
问题：我不用服务器，是不是就不扣钱了？
答：只要还有服务器就会计费，销毁所有的服务器就不扣钱。建议确定长时间不用服务器才去销毁服务器。
